 JUDGING SCHEDULE

SOUTHEAST TEXAS AGILITY CLUB

March 10–12, 2023

Big League Dreams
1150 Big League Dreams Pkwy. League City TX 77573

REMEMBER TO SPRING FORWARD THIS WEEKEND!

Daylight saving time begins Sunday, March 12, so don’t forget to set any clocks that are not smart devices ahead one hour before going to bed Saturday night.

SHOW SITE: The show site will be open at 10:00 am on Friday and at 7:00 am on Saturday and Sunday. There is no set-up on Thursday. Be aware that the site is a public venue and dog friendly. Expect spectators and a busy parking lot over the weekend. Remember to secure your vehicle and all valuables. Admission to the Big League Dreams show site is included in the entry fee for competitors.

CLOSEST PARKING: If the ground is dry, exhibitors will be allowed to park by the soccer building. If it has been raining and the ground is wet, do not park on the grass. You may get stuck.

THIS IS AN ACTIVE BALLPARK. SOUTHEAST TEXAS AGILITY CLUB (STAC) AND BIG LEAGUE DREAMS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY STRAY BALLS HITTING CARS. PARKING BY THE SOCCER BUILDING IS A COURTESY BUT CARRIES SOME RISK OF DAMAGE CAUSED BY STRAY BALLS. If you are worried that your vehicle might be damaged by a stray ball, park in the main lot at the front of the ballpark after unloading.

To unload and park by the soccer building, enter the facility using the back gate at the Calder Drive entrance. From the I-45 southbound feeder, turn right on Big League Dreams Parkway (the first street just past Cabela’s). Go past the main parking lot of the ballpark. Big League Dreams Parkway dead-ends at Calder Dr. Turn right on Calder Dr., then take the first driveway to the right after turning on Calder Dr. Come through the back gate behind the stadium to the soccer building. You can leave your car there (at your own risk) or move it to the front parking lot after unloading. The back gate will be open at 10:00 am on Friday and at 7:00 am on Saturday and Sunday.

SCHEDULE: This is a one ring, one judge trial. The start time for the walk-through and briefing for the first class is indicated. All other times for subsequent walk-throughs are approximate and provided as a courtesy only—the classes may start earlier. As soon as one class is finished, course building, briefing, and walk-through for the next class will follow. It is the handler’s responsibility to be present when the class starts. The judge is not required to wait for any dogs.
